Martiko and Carme Ruscalleda dinner collaboration in Tokyo

Martiko, a leader in duck-based products, in collaboration with the Basque Culinary Center, the first university of gastronomy in Europe, will celebrate a dinner where duck will be take centre stage. The dinner will be provided by the Catalan chef Carme Ruscalleda in her Sant Pau restaurant in Tokyo, which has two Michelin stars. The 60 guests at the dinner will include the most prestigious cooks currently working in the capital of Japan.

For this special occasion Carme Ruscalleda will design a menu using the different duck-based products from Martiko and will present proposals with links to Spanish cuisine that demonstrate all the product’s gastronomic possibilities. During the dinner, guests will enjoy a wine pairing from Bodegas Valdemar and the Cava Regulatory Council.

Carme Ruscalleda, the chef with the most Michelin stars in the world, with a total of seven, creates a coherent, elegant, exquisite and accessible cuisine, which shares values ​​such as excellence, attention to detail and accessibility with Martiko.
