Nuevos prototipos de snacks para DELICIOUS
Os dejamos por aquí algunos de los snacks que los chefs de BCC Innovation prepararon para el proyecto Delicious PRIMA Project. En colaboración con el área sensorial, los chefs continúan con el proceso de diseño de los snacks saludables, esta vez carrot cake, oat biscuits y sesame tahini cookies.
Desde el proyecto DELICIOUS, pretendemos abordar el problema de la creciente incidencia en la obesidad infantil de los países Mediterráneos -España, Portugal, Italia, Líbano y Egipto- a través de la educación, la actividad física y la gastronomía saludable y sostenible.
